What We Are Doing:

The quality of our patient's experience is a priority to those who serve in our community.  We believe that it is an important factor in what we do to help those who seek care from our organization.  In order to do that, we have created a strategic plan as well as a detailed work plan to ensure that we are creating opportunities for our patients to have the best experience possible.  We have also utilized feedback from our Patient Advisory Council members to more fully understand the perceptions and needs of those we serve.  We feel that the feedback we receive is truly a gift - to our organization and to other community members.  It's how we get better!
